Sakred Artha stores your income, expense, mood, and goal data only on your device — we keep no copy on any server.
To delete your data: open Sakred Artha and clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Either action permanently and immediately deletes all locally stored data. Because it lives only on your device, no server-side copy exists.
Stacks AI: when you ask a question, your question and a brief summary of your figures are sent to our AI provider only to generate a reply, and are not stored by us afterwards.

GitHub Pages (our hosting provider) may log standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page URL) as part of normal web server operation. This is outside our control and governed by GitHub's Privacy Statement. We do not access or process these logs.

Cloud backup is an opt-in feature only. It is disabled by default. If enabled by the user in Settings, data is encrypted before any transmission. This feature is not yet live in v5.0.

All permissions are optional. The app is fully functional without granting any of them. Permissions can be revoked at any time in your device's app settings.

We do not integrate: Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, Crashlytics, or any advertising networks.
Sakred Artha is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has used the app, please contact us at mihir86.mp@gmail.com and we will assist with data deletion from the device.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

Your records are stored on your device, so exercising most rights is immediate and does not require contacting us. When you use AI features, the relevant text is sent to our secure AI provider (Cloudflare Worker → Anthropic) as described in §6 — encrypted in transit and never sold.

We do not retain copies of your data on any server. There is no backup to delete from our side.
In the event of a security incident affecting user data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by DPDP 2023.
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and display a notice inside the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's notification screen.
